We are a nonprofit and a volunteer agency. We deliver nonprofit services and community programs, actively recruit new volunteers, and do the legwork so volunteering actually happens - we grow the pool, we do not just recycle the same faces.

Create a free account, complete your shifts, and MiVolunteer emails you an official Certificate of Hours for the time you gave. In Ontario they count toward the 40-hour community involvement requirement for high school students; elsewhere they support your school or community-service hour goals.
Submit our request form with at least 35 days notice. We recruit for one-time events, long-term and ongoing positions, and internal roles. We review your request, post it, recruit and match volunteers, and hand you your roster. For events we can set up check-in too.
